Meet Nadja

Hi, welcome to my personal website for professionals! I help people around the globe leverage, navigate and maximize their positive emotions so that they can achieve their desired outcomes in life!

I left my position as senior executive at the NATO Communications and Information Agency, after working nearly two decades in a variety of leadership and policy planning positions at NATO. I worked with people from over 40 countries during my time at NATO. Therefore, I am pretty skilled in fostering trust and understanding among people from diverse backgrounds, industries, countries and across generations.
I am passionate about helping people develop positive emotions in all areas of their life wheel by using advanced neuro-linguistic programming techniques (NLP). NLP helps you change your internal dialogue through the subconscious mind. All of your habits, behaviours and beliefs are constructed in your unconscious. By learning the language of your unconscious mind, you will learn how to increase your positive emotions and enhance your quality of life in all areas of your life wheel.

I can help you leverage, navigate and maximize your positive emotions so you can achieve your desired outcomes in life!

What does science say about me?

According to the world leading personality type assessment, Myers-Briggs, I am an idealist or an Introversion Intuitive Feeling Perceptive (INFP)! INFP is one of the sixteen personality types used in the publications of the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator and is a rare personality type compromising 4% of the world’s population. INFP personalities are true idealists, always looking for the hint of good in even the worst of people and events, searching for ways to make things better. While they may be perceived as calm, reserved, or even shy, INFPs have an inner flame and passion that can truly shine.

Now, what does this all mean? The idealist in a nutshell….

What do others say about me?

“While Nadja is not part of my staff, she has been exceptional in helping ensure that gender diversity and implementing gender perspectives becomes mainstream within NATO. She is a passionate individual with a clear vision and strong desire to help others. Nadja is an outstanding role model for other young female professionals who need the confidence boost to pursue their career ambitions in a male-dominated security environment.”
